Etruscans without mystery
Back
A cycle of three conferences/lectures, held by dott. Valentino Nizzo, structured as such that each lesson was in some way connected to the other, but at the same time independent.
What emerged is that the mysteries of which the lectures and the title talked about do not exist, they are ideological construction or, in some cases, incentives deriving from an approach to the ancient world that tries to exploit curiosity – and, sometimes, the “ignorance” – of people to attract and sell their “product”.
Instead the research tries to find answers to questions. More than mysteries, then, we could talk about questions that await and answer. The research teaches also that the perspective shifts according to the angle of who investigates.
